Mrs. D's Corn Pudding
Ingredients:
- 4 Cups Whole Kernel Corn (Off the Cob)
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Green Pepper
- 4 ea Large Eggs
- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- ½ Cup Butter
Production:
- Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
- Mix together gently the first six ingredients
- Beat the Eggs until Fluffy
- Fold into the Corn Mixture
- Slowly Stir in Milk
- Melt Butter in 2 Qt Casserole
- Slowly Stir in Corn Mixture
- Place in Shallow Pan of Warm Water
- Bake 1 Hour or until firm
May be prepared ahead and reheated.
