Mrs. D's Corn Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 4 Cups Whole Kernel Corn (Off the Cob)
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Green Pepper
  • 4 ea Large Eggs
  • 2 Cups Whole Milk
  • ½ Cup Butter

Production:

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
  2. Mix together gently the first six ingredients
  3. Beat the Eggs until Fluffy
  4. Fold into the Corn Mixture
  5. Slowly Stir in Milk
  6. Melt Butter in 2 Qt Casserole
  7. Slowly Stir in Corn Mixture
  8. Place in Shallow Pan of Warm Water
  9. Bake 1 Hour or until firm

May be prepared ahead and reheated.
