Learn simple and quick restaurant quality Hors D'Oeurves to make any party or function into an event to remember. Join Chef Tim while he creates bite sized, elegant appetizers that can easily be made by the home cook with products found at the local farmer's market. Wine Pairings will be demonstrated to show the diversity of each.
